Neckrez is run by the people who build it. The provisioning pipeline, hourly billing, crypto payments and abuse handling are operated in-house, and support tickets are answered by a person.
Simple questions — payment methods, limits, where to find your root password — get an instant AI answer in the support chat. Anything that touches your account, your servers or your money goes to a human.
What we rent
Neckrez is a privacy and payment layer on top of established clouds: your server runs on Vultr, DigitalOcean, Hetzner infrastructure, across 51 locations. Your relationship with us stays as simple as an email address and a crypto balance.
Cloud plans start at $10/mo, with high-performance and high-frequency options alongside. One balance, hourly billing, 300+ cryptocurrencies and the same API for all of them.
How Neckrez makes money
You pay an hourly price per server from a prepaid balance; our margin sits on top of the provider’s cost. Optional paid add-ons — automatic backups, advanced DDoS filtering, Windows licensing — are priced upfront on the deploy page. Nothing is added later, there is no data resale and no advertising.
Top-ups pay for the service and are generally non-refundable (see the refund policy). Hourly billing is what keeps that fair: fund a little, spend it as you go, top up when you need more.
Privacy-friendly, not abuse-friendly
We collect what we need to run the service: an email address, your payment’s on-chain transaction and the operational logs required to bill and run the API. Site analytics measure how the website itself is used. We don’t ask for names, documents or phone numbers, and we don’t inspect the traffic or files on your server.
Spam, phishing, malware, botnets and attacks are banned under the Acceptable Use Policy. Enforcing it is what keeps our IP ranges clean for the legitimate work most people come here for.
About our guides
Our guides are written for Neckrez, not rewritten from other sites. Plans, prices, locations and accepted coins in them come from the same live catalog as the dashboard — never invented.
